Macaroons are unique. A fragile shell made of sugar, ground almonds and egg whites is combined with a rich filling to create a soft, chewy interior and a burst of flavour. There is no other taste experience quite like it. 

At Cinnamon Toast we bake macaroons in a rainbow of colours and fill them with ganache or butter cream. To achieve flavours intense enough to offset the sweetness of the macaroon shell, we add fresh fruit pureés, Madagascan vanilla, lemon curd, espresso coffee, organic rosewater or salty-sweet caramel.

To paraphrase Lily Bollinger’s famous words about champagne, we believe you should enjoy macaroons when you’re happy and indulge in them when you’re sad; treat yourself to them when you’re alone and be generous with them when you have company. Macaroons are right for any occasion. 


We can supply macaroons loose; in acetate boxes of two or six (which are ideal as wedding favours and corporate gifts); or assembled into a 63cm-high tower (approximately 180 macaroons) for weddings and other celebrations.
