Our little cakes are based on traditional recipes, brought up to date with a touch of luxury: 24-carat gold leaf on sticky gingerbread fingers; home-made Seville orange marmalade in our chocolate orange tarts; lavender from our garden or from local supplier, The Spicery, in our shortbread. Packed in cellophane bags and tied with a ribbon, they make splendid private or corporate gifts. Sold loose, they are ideal for tea parties and other celebrations.
